Jessyca Greenwood

Jessyca Greenwood is Criminal, Regulatory and Employment Counsel practicing in Ontario. She is a sought after advisor to various organizations on compliance, ethics, inclusivity and best practices. She sits on a number of Advisory Committees and Boards, teaches as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto, and is appointed as a Legal Member of the Ontario Review Board, and former Legal Member of the Consent and Capacity Board. Jessyca also acts as Review Counsel to two not-for-profit legal clinics, at Osgoode Hall Law School, and at the Lincoln Alexander School of Law.

 

Jessyca’s interests include working with vulnerable groups, she has been an advocate for youth in conflict with the law, persons with mental health issues and assisting parties involved in sexual assault litigation. She has a varied practice including criminal defence litigation, workplace investigations and consultation work and developing policies that best support an ethical and legally compliant  work environment.

 

Access to Justice and inclusivity were drivers in Jessyca’s decision to attend the University of Windsor Law program, graduating in 2008. She has worked with several partners and maintained her own firm in Toronto, Ontario. Jessyca brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her advisory role at ECP.
